Information
This is a great beach for wind surfing, kitesurfing and surfing. There are several grass areas along the sea road where you rig up, and you can park for free along side them. So far I have been out here twice, once was in a southerly at mid tide and the water was flat and the second time was at high tide in a south-westerly and the water was massive! On this occasion there were surfers, windsurfers and kitesurfers on the water at the same time.

Having the grass to rig up on is brilliant, it means no sandy kit. I believe that southerlys at high tide are difficult due the the rock groynes beng so close.

To get there, head to Ferring (near Worthing and Shoreham) and take Sea View Road (I think). Good spot and a friendly bunch of kitesurfers
